Admittance
Unlike traditional schools prospective learners are referred to Vista Nova by a paediatric neurologist or private psychologist. However, this is increasingly done by school psychologists through the district school clinics.
Prior to a possible admission, pupils are assessed by Vista Nova’s inter-disciplinary team.
Thereafter a pupil can only be admitted once approval is received from the Department of Education.
Fees
School and Transport Fees are kept as low as possible to ensure that the school is accessible to all. The payment of fees is the responsibility of the parents and crucial for the school to continue to provide the highest standard of education and therapeutic intervention.
No pupil may be refused admission on the grounds that the parents cannot afford the fees. In such cases applications can be made to the Governing Body regarding the possibility of financial assistance.
