Extra Mural Activities
At Vista Nova we provide a wide variety of extra-mural activities including school sports such as (depending on resource availability):

Grades Winter Summer 2 & 3 Rounders, Soccer, Ball skills, Judo Mini-cricket, Swimming, Ball skills, Judo 4 – 7 Rounders, Volleyball, Soccer Table, Tennis, Mini-Hockey, Judo Athletics, Table Tennis, Cricket, Swimming, Judo 8 – 12 Badminton, Hockey, Soccer, Squash, Walking, Chess Athletics, Cricket, Softball, Swimming, Tennis, Chess P.C.- Sport P.C. Soccer, Horse-riding (optional after school at SARDA) Cycling, Field events, Swimming
These activities occur for an hour and a half once a week and are included during the normal school time-table.
Learners are also taken on various cultural outings during the course of the year, and are entertained by groups coming to the school.
